How To Use Your Chemex
- Place a filter paper into the Chemex, pouring boiling water thorugh the filter, this will remove a paper taste and preheat the Chemex.
- Weigh 32g of coarsly ground coffee.
- Without removing the filter remove the water. Add grounf coffee into the Chemex.
- Slowly pour 50-70ml of water onto the coffee grinds- ensuring all grounds are saturated. Allow to Bloom.
- Before drying out, add the remaning water. This should reach a total of 500g of water added.
- When the bed of coffee is dry, remove the filter paper.
- Serve & Enjoy!
